Well, it was a comfortable stay on the last night of our Europe vacation. The staff were fairly friendly and amicable too. The breakfast offered was delicious with great views from the conservatory.

We recommend it. All in all everything was really good, had a very good stay within a vacation. All of the staff members were helpful and accommodating.

The location was particularly good in the conservatory that overlooked the snowy Countryside. Accommodating staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. Overall it was reasonably spacious with lovely views.

Personnel was helpful and superfriendly!

Marvellous location in the area on future trips made it easy to get to key attractions. The food was great and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.

The setting is easy and convenient, just next door to the fantastic airport shuttle service, and a pub or restaurant. The staff is helpful as well as hotel's owner.

There are spotlessly clean and huge rooms with beautiful bathrooms. The staff are all affable.

Make sure you stay in the queen room with the view of the courtyard.

Nicely decorated hotel with amiable personnel and LOVELY view over the hills. Extremely spacious room with exceptionally comfortable bed and hypo-allergenic pillows. Marvellous and beautiful location in Charlwood close to pub ideal for dinner as well as the conservatory that overlooked the snowy Countryside. Nice stay, as always.

Location close enough to the airport and long flight, nature and local pubs. Also, in a bright conservatory. High-class and spotless unit with distant views of the airport, helpful staff.

I have to mention the delicious breakfast with delightful views and delicious coffee, as for instance. The rooms are beautifully decorated and brand-new, and are complete with comfortable bed, big TV, shower.

Thoroughly enjoyed our very well furnished rooms.

booked a room with comfortable bed. the location was historic in a fairly quiet area, next to the airport, the pub, and the fantastic airport shuttle service. again, the hotel was within easy walking distance of providence chapel.

I had an airy queen room with a LOVELY view of courtyard. The location was marvellous and particularly good - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The room was brand-new and beautifully decorated and the bathroom was nice sized. The location seemed quiet near the airport. The hotel met the demands, I would come back for sure.

The rooms were big and airy, had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The bed was very comfy with hypoallergenic pillows. The location was marvellous and good, really close to a bright conservatory, restaurant and London, in a lovely area.
